Although we only have one bedroom, the living area is spacious and light allowing a feeling of being in a much larger property. The bedroom is light and airy with plenty of cupboard space. We also have a large shower room so please don't book this if you like a bath! There is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, smoothie maker, i-pod player and a 40inch television for your use. The balcony is sunny for most of the day during the summer months and there is a roof terrace which gets the sun from dawn till dusk year round. These popular apartments are built around a central plaza which contains shops, a pharmacy and a number of restaurants and bars. There is a large swimming pool with a poolside bar which is open during the summer months. The large terrace area and gardens also boast a separate pool for children. This accommodation is on the top floor and is accessed via 24 steps, and is air conditioned throughout. A two bedroom apartment with one bathroom, on the 2nd floor and accessed by steps. The lovely fishing port of Cabo De Palos, with its weekly Sunday market is a must, along with Cartagena - this stunning city with many historical sites is the home of the Spanish Navy and the birthplace of the submarine, its port and wonderful streets lined with shops, bars and restaurants is the best place to sit and 'people watch'.
