Conditions Of Booking – Refund Policy – Contact Details
The Contract.
The following terms and conditions (the “booking conditions”) will
apply to your booking. A contract between you and B. Sharp Ltd will come into
existence either (1) when we accept your booking and deposit payment by issuing
written confirmation of your booking or (2) if you have made your booking by
telephone when we tell you on the telephone , or on line over the internet that
your booking is confirmed.
The contract binds you and all members of your party. It is your
responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the
contract set out in these terms and conditions of booking. Failure to disclose
all relevant information or comply with these may lead to termination of the
contract and loss of the booking.
If you change your booking.
After you have paid your deposit you may wish to change some elements
of the booking, e.g. type of accomodation. We will try to meet your request,
however a charge of £20 per alteration to the booking and will be payable.
Substantial changes such as a change of location or times and dates will be
treated as a cancellation (see below)
Any changes must be made at least 8 weeks before the booking date, and
be confirmed to us in writing, by telephone by the same person who made the
booking.
Where changes are sought to be made within 8 weeks of the start of the
booking it will be treated as a cancellation, and be subject to cancellation
charges as outlined.

Should you wish to cancel your booking please call us immediately at

process your cancellation. Your cancellation must also be notified to us in
writing. The written notification should be sent to us by recorded delivery as
your cancellation will not take effect until we receive written confirmation.
If we do not receive written confirmation of your cancellation before your
booking has commenced no refund will be given.
Our Cancellation Plan covers your cancellation in event of you or any
other member of you party being unable to travel due to sickness, redundancy or
jury service. Proof in the form of a Doctor’s
Certificate, Employer’s or Court Notification will be required in
writing by recorded delivery prior to your confirmed booking start date.
If you are covered by our Cancellation Plan and comply with our
Cancellation Plan procedure in the condition above, you will be entitled to a
full refund of all monies paid subject to:
An administration charge of £40, unless your cancellation occurs within
48hours of your booking start date, in which case the refund will be limited to
30% of the total booking cost.
If you have our Cancellation Plan on your booking and need to cancel
your booking for reasons other than those stated above, you will incur the
following cancellation charges in line with the sliding scale shown below,
which covers the costs and expenses which we incur as a result of your
cancellation.

Please note that the minimum charge is £40per accomodation unit
cancelled.
If you do not take out our Cancellation Plan or an insurance cover of your
own NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY MONIES PAID.
If we make any major alterations to your booking.
We try very hard to provide all the details as advertised on our
website. It may however be necessary to make some alterations in advance of
your booking. If such a change is necessary we will endeavour to advise you, in
writing as soon as possible and give you the options in the section entitled
‘Options if we make a major change or cancel your booking’ shown below.
If we cancel your booking.
We will try very hard not to change the dates, times or cancel your
booking, but in exceptional circumstances this may be necessary. We will inform
you of the change in dates, times or cancellation as soon as possible and give
you the options listed below.
Options if we make a major change or cancel your booking.
If we cancel your booking or make substantial changes, we will notify
you as soon as possible and offer you a choice of:
a) replacement booking at least comparable to the standard booked or
b) replacement booking together with the difference in price between
the replacement booking and the standard booking or
c) full refund.
In addition to the above and provided it does not arise from
circumstances amounting to force majeure*, we will also pay you compensation
for any provable loss.
*Force majeure means circumstances beyond our control including (but
not limited to) industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, technical problems, bad weather and
acts of government.
Limitation of Liability.
We accept responsibility for those arrangements of your booking which
are within our control, but we cannot accept liability for any injury, loss or
damaged suffered by you or any member of your party, unless one of the
following applies:
there was wilful default by us, our employees or agents; or
death or personal injury was caused by the negligence of B. Sharp Ltd,
or employees or agents.
For all claims other than death or personal injury, which result from
the non-performance or improper performance of the contract by B. Sharp Ltd, B.
Sharp Ltd will pay compensation that is reasonable in all circumstances. You
are asked to notify any shortcomings or complaints to +44 1942 888255: or Spain +34 690 223 818: (24hr) immediately,
so that they can be remedied for you. Claims may be reduced or rejected if we
have not been given the opportunity to put matters right or investigate your
concerns.
Data Protection Policy Statement.
B. Sharp Ltd in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1984 &
1998 will hold information provide by you to us in connection with your
booking(s). It will be used in connection with your booking and for marketing
purposes. B. Sharp Ltd and its affiliated companies may use the information to
provide you details of their range of services and products. If you are on our
mailing list and do not wish to receive any future news from B. Sharp Ltd; then
please write to us at Ullswater House, 23A. Ullswater Road, Astley, Manchester, England.

personal information held about you, please write to the above address. B.
Sharp Ltd reserves the right to make a charge of £10 for supplying this
information.
General – Contact Details
In these booking conditions ‘you’ and ‘your’ refers to the person who
makes the booking, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refers to B. Sharp Ltd. Ullswater
House, 23A. Ullswater Road,
Astley, Manchester, M29 7AQ England; ‘party’ refers to those persons named on the
booking and any person added to the booking at a later date.
Please note that all points covered in the ‘Essential Customer
Information ‘ section of this website also form part of these Conditions of
booking. All bookings are subject to these Conditions of booking and
availability.
