We are pleased to announce a significant addition to out property letting portfolio, El Forestal 19a Apartment. El Forestal 19 is a magnificent villa that was completed in 2005. It comprises a two storey villa and a separate ground floor apartment. The apartment will be made available for renting when the owners are not in residence. In 2007 this translates to 30th June until 1st September and we are accepting bookings for this period. The apartment which is spacious and appointed and furnished to the highest standards, comprises living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with separate bathroom. Satellite television with 50 plus channels and Club telephone are also installed. Outside is a furnished courtyard, gardens with gazebo and a large free form swimming pool with magnificent views over the South course towards the Mar Menor. A barbeque,non-breakable glasses for outside use and portable table tennis are provided. Access is gained through the main automatic gate of the villa, to the front garden where there is parking for several cars and steps down to the apartment front door. Due to the high quality of the furniture, children under 6 are not permitted. The price per week including provision of all linen, house and pool towels, cleaning twice per week, house towels changed twice per week and bed linen once per week. Unlimited broadband usage.
