The Mar Menor Golf Resort with its well manicured, palm lined streets is the first of the Jack Nicklaus Designed golf courses in the Nicklaus Trail. Currently this course has 9 holes. The villas are finished to a high standard with spacious interiors, and are well furnished giving a modern yet cosy feel. The resort centre with its many amenities is within a 5 minute walk. All guests on the Mar Menor Golf Resort have use of the community pool, located at the social club. All properties benefit from gas central heating and have air conditioning in the lounge. This property also has air conditioning in the bedrooms. 1st line to the golf course at the Par 3 second green. The open plan living/dining room with is well furnished. It has air conditioning,satellite TV, DVD/CD player, and central heating, making it ideal for year round breaks. The separate kitchen is modern and equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. There is also a WC on the ground floor. From the lounge, patio doors lead to the terrace and garden. The terrace has a barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. The bedrooms are on the first floor and all have air conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom as twin beds. A door leads to an additional terrace, from where you have great views over the golf course.
